TPR Three-Phase Voltage Regulator

The TPR is an economical voltage regulator designed for speed control of rotating field magnet motors, winding drives, mixers, and screw conveyors. It combines MSF-Vathauer‘s long‑standing expertise in mechanical and electronic drive technology with extensive application experience. The device is a space‑saving all‑rounder that requires no additional control cabinet due to its IP54 protection rating (optional IP66 available). Thanks to the ‘Multi Mounting’ concept, it can be mounted at any position within the plant. The TPR is delivered with pre‑set device parameters, making it ready for immediate use after installation. It controls both purely resistive loads (heaters, heating registers) and inductive loads (rotating field magnet motors) up to a power of 3.0 kW. The TPR is particularly well‑suited for applications where smooth, continuous speed variation is required rather than fixed‑speed operation, and its rugged construction allows it to operate reliably in demanding industrial environments.
