Description:
The B_W / B_WH series comprises robust electric motors engineered for heavy industrial applications. The B_W series operates at Low Voltage, while the B_WH series is designed for Medium Voltage applications. These motors deliver power up to 1700 kW at voltages up to 6600 V. They are available in frame sizes from 355 to 500, with 4 to 12 poles, and operate at 50 Hz, 60 Hz, or variable speed. The motors feature protection degrees of IP44, IP54, or IP55, with cooling methods IC 611, IC 616, or IC 666. They are built with a welded steel enclosure and are designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. Bearing options include antifriction bearings or sleeve bearings (from frame 355). Applications include cement, chemical, manufacturing processes, metals, mining, pulp and paper, sugar mills, and water pumping and treatments.
