E..AB / E..AC Series – Flameproof Asynchronous Motor (IE3-IE4)

The E..AB / E..AC series is a range of flameproof asynchronous motors manufactured by Cemp in cast iron construction, designed for operation in hazardous areas. These motors are three‑phase squirrel cage induction motors with protection types including Ex db, Ex db eb, Ex-tb, and Ex-tc. They are certified for ATEX category 2D, 2G, 2GD and are suitable for zones 1, 2 / 21, 22. The motors are available with IE1 or IE2 efficiency, frame sizes from 63 to 355 (IEC), and power outputs from 0.12 kW to 375 kW. They support 2, 4, 6, 8 poles and single or two-speed configurations, with single‑phase versions available for frame sizes 63–100. The motors comply with IEC 60079 and IEC 60034 standards and are certified ATEX and IECEx. Special executions are available for temperatures from -60°C to +80°C.
