Submersible Asynchronous Electric motor (SAM)
Modifications: electric motors with increased voltage; with a submersible telemetry system; for completing water injection units (WIP); for completing units with two ESPs; equipped with a resonant wave complex RVC 1; equipped with a thermal protection device TZU.
Advantages and design features: manufacturing and assembly strictly adhere to technologies, instructions, and methods developed based on the experience of leading domestic and international companies. 100% incoming quality control is performed on materials and components manufactured under cooperation agreements. 100% operational quality control of manufactured products has been implemented; each stator has a process data sheet. At the customer's request, bronze sheet sections can be used in the stator at the rotor bearing locations. Electric motors are filled with MDPN oil, or, upon request, with MDPN-S synthetic oil. Shafts and couplings with straight-sided or involute splines can be equipped with two temperature indicator plugs installed in the check valve. The design allows for installation with both single- and double-body hydraulic protection systems from all Russian manufacturers. All connection dimensions are standardized with those of leading Russian manufacturers.
