Description:
The PAD type hydraulic protection is a single-casing protector designed for use with PEDD series motors (with a double-sided shaft output). The protection performs the following functions: protection against formation fluid penetration into the internal cavity of the submersible asynchronous oil-filled electric motor; compensation for oil leaks and thermal changes in its volume during operation and shutdowns; transmission of the electric motor shaft torque to the pump shaft; and axial load absorption. Protectors are available with casing diameters of 103 and 117 mm, with right-hand and left-hand shaft rotation.
