Autogas load switch VNA-10

The VNA-10 autogas load break switches, manufactured by NEMZ-Engineering LLC, are designed to switch on and off under load sections of three-phase alternating current (AC) electrical circuits with a frequency of 50–60 Hz, rated voltage up to 10 kV, and rated current of 630 A. The equipment also ensures safe operation of the disconnected section using fixed grounding switches. When disconnected, the VNA-10 creates a visible break in the electrical circuit. Its operating principle is based on autogas arc quenching: under the influence of the arc's high temperature, polymethyl methacrylate releases a large amount of gases, the flow of which extinguishes the arc. The switch is equipped with an interlock, preventing the simultaneous activation of the grounding blades and the switch. Control is provided by the PRBD-10 mechanical drive, which can be located on either the right or left. It is manufactured with I4-80 porcelain insulators. It is used in transformer substations, switchgear and control units, switchgear, switchgear units, mobile substations and capacitor banks.
