Description:
The DFEN-4-15 is an inverter-duty asynchronous motor with a cast iron frame, horizontal (foot-mounted) design (IM B3). The motor is specifically designed for operation with variable frequency drives (inverters) and has insulation Class H with thermal protection. The motor provides constant torque in the 60–20 Hz range and decreasing torque in the 20–6 Hz range. Protection rating is IP54, cooling is IC411 (self-ventilated) with optional forced cooling (IC416). Suitable for variable speed applications including pumps, fans, conveyors, and machine tools.
