The LF3 is a high‑temperature wire‑wound ceramic muffle furnace providing excellent uniformity and a smooth hard‑wearing work surface. Features include a vertically opening door to keep the hot insulation plug away from the operator, automatic shut‑off switch that kills power to the elements when the door is opened, and a double steel skin ensuring the outer surface is as cool as possible. Ultra high‑grade insulation materials for energy efficiency. Maximum temperature 1300°C. Volume 7.7 litres. Type R thermocouple.
