Tenney SVO 64S — Reach‑In Vacuum Oven

The Tenney SVO 64S is a large‑capacity reach‑in vacuum oven designed for simultaneous depressurization and heating conditioning within one machine. This model features a generous workspace of 48″ × 48″ × 48″ (110 cubic feet). Standard pressure conditions range from site level to 8.28 mm Hg (100,000 feet), with optional capability to 0.169 Torr (200,000 feet). Temperature range is from 15°C above ambient to +150°C (±0.5°C after stabilization). The chamber features electric heater cables that circumvent the structural shell, thermostat for overtemperature protection, and a variable capacitance absolute pressure transducer to measure chamber pressure. Multi‑configuration vacuum systems are available, including single‑stage or two‑stage oil‑seated rotary vane vacuum pumps. The oven is controlled by the Synergy Quattro Touch Screen Controller with PID control, auto‑tune, USB port for data collection, RS‑232 serial communications, and Ethernet (10/100) communications capabilities. Optional features include Tempguard IV Overtemperature Protection, LinkTenn 32 Controller Software, Chart Recorder, GN2 Backfill System, Molecular Sieve Trap, Cold Vapor Trap, Cascade Temperature Control Software, Alarm Buzzer & Silence Switch, and UUT Data Acquisition Module.
