Description:
Keith Company's metal heat treat furnaces and aging ovens are designed to meet rigorous pyrometric requirements including AMS 2750H (formerly AMS2750G), NADCAP AS7102, MILSPEC H6088, BAC 5621, and Rolls Royce specifications. These systems are used for a wide range of thermal processes including aluminum solution heat treating, precipitation / age hardening, annealing, aging, quenching, assaying, tempering, and hardening. The furnaces are built to NFPA 86 specifications and accommodate process surveys with thermocouples according to pyrometric requirements. Keith Company designs class 1 and class 2 solution heat treat furnaces with temperature uniformity classes from 1 to 6 and instrumentation types A through E. The systems are available in a variety of configurations including batch, continuous, bottom loading, drop bottom, belt, and box furnaces.
