The EX470-500TC(B)-120(HC)(182) is a high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon solar module featuring 120 half-cut monocrystalline cells (182 mm). The module delivers a maximum power output of 500 W and a module efficiency of 23.17% under STC. It incorporates SMBB (Super Multi-Busbar) technology for better light trapping and current collection, improving power output and reliability. The module offers excellent Anti-PID performance through optimized mass-production processes and materials control. It is designed for durability against extreme environmental conditions, with high salt mist and ammonia resistance. The module is equipped with a 3.2 mm anti-reflection coated, high-transmission, low-iron tempered glass front cover, an anodized aluminum alloy frame, and an IP68-rated junction box. The module is compatible with MC4 connectors and is designed for a maximum system voltage of 1500 VDC.
