Description:
The Qeye 200 and Qeye 800 are inverse macroscopes designed for optical analysis of material structures, welds, and surfaces. The system supports standard-compliant weld evaluation according to DIN EN ISO 5817. Users can create custom inspection standards directly within the software. The Qeye features a 4K Ultra HD camera (12 MP for Qeye 200, 8.5 MP for Qeye 800) with USB 3.0 connectivity. The intelligent area illumination (IAI) LED unit provides optimal lighting. The system is operated via an external PC with Windows 11 64-bit and Qpix Control2 software. The Qeye 800 offers an extended field of view (80 x 60 mm to 16 x 12 mm) compared to the Qeye 200. The system can be integrated into a test lab table and is optionally available with a hardness tester.
