The VF-18M is a stainless steel body muffle furnace designed for universities, research institutes, and industrial applications including powder processing, military, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, glass, new material development, and metal heat treatment. Features high-quality cold-rolled steel shell with precision CNC machining, imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray processing, double-layer heat-resistant furnace body, and imported high-temperature composite fiber materials. Control system uses microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology with PID adjustment, automatic control, self-tuning function, and 50-section programming. Independent protection devices guard against over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, leakage, and short circuits. Remote control via computer allows single or multiple furnace operation.
