The plant was established using equipment and with the participation of specialists from the Leningrad Electrosila plant and the Yaroslavl Electromechanical Plant, evacuated during the Great Patriotic War. In the 2000s, the company mastered the production of electric motors at new levels, including the MTKN 011 and 012 zero-gauge crane motors.
