Description:
JSC BEZ (Beloozersky Energy-Mechanical Plant) is a Belarusian foundry specializing in the production of steel and iron castings for various industries. The plant's technological capabilities allow it to produce up to 5,000 tons of steel castings (casting weights from 8-10 kg to 3.5 tons) and 3,000 tons of iron castings (casting weights from 2 kg to 2 tons) per year. The production area is approximately 10,000 m². The foundry includes the following sections: pattern making (manufacturing wooden models, including using a CNC machine), molding (using molding machines and an automated line, as well as manual molding), steel casting (smelting in DSP 3I3 electric arc furnaces), iron casting (smelting in IChT-2.5 induction furnaces), knockout, cleaning and trimming, heat treatment, and machining of castings. The company has its own laboratory for quality control of chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties. The plant is actively expanding its sales geography, including to the Russian market, and has representative offices throughout the country.
