Description:
ELK Motor is a Turkish electric motor manufacturer, established as a joint venture with Yılmaz Redüktör A.Ş. in Çorlu (Tekirdağ province). The production facility covers 135,000 m², of which 50,000 m² is indoor space. The plant produces motors in IEC frame sizes 63–315. All products are designed according to European standards and are available in IE2, IE3, and IE4 efficiency classes. The manufacturing process covers all stages – from engineering and casting to machining, stator winding, and final assembly. The plant utilises automated lines for rotor and stator punching, die‑casting, automatic winding, and vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI). Finished products undergo 100% inspection and testing. The company is ISO 9001 certified and holds UL and ATEX certifications. ELK Motor also offers custom‑engineered motors according to customer specifications.
