ELTRA GmbH is a leading manufacturer of elemental analyzers for the precise determination of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur concentrations in solids. Founded in 1981, the company developed its first carbon and sulfur analyzer with a resistance furnace and Siemens cell. Over the years, ELTRA expanded its product portfolio to include ON analyzers (1993), H analyzers (1995), CHS-500 analyzers (2003), and thermogravimetric analyzers (2007). In 2012, ELTRA became part of the Verder Group and was integrated into the Scientific Division. In 2013, the company relocated to new headquarters. The company launched the new ELEMENTRAC analyzer generation in 2015, starting with the ONH-p, followed by the CS-i in 2016. ELTRA is represented in more than 80 countries through a broad sales and distribution network. The company is a proud member of ASTM and actively participates in shaping standards and round-robin tests.
