ERWEKA introduced the first dissolution tester in 1968, the first fully automatic tablet hardness tester (MultiCheck) in 1990, and the first fully automated dissolution system (RoboDis I) in 2008. In 2023, ERWEKA became part of Verder Scientific. The company is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and operates from a modern facility in Langen, Germany.
