The Qness A+ EVO series is a fully automated macro hardness tester designed for high-precision hardness testing across multiple methods (Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell, Knoop, and Plastics). The system features a motorized cross slide (450 x 297 mm) with X-axis traverse of 460 mm and Y-axis traverse of 350 mm. It is equipped with a 5-megapixel sample image camera and electrical height adjustment. The swivelling test piece support allows testing of samples with non-parallel surfaces. The system supports switchable industrial magnets for power- and time-saving loading and unloading, with optional sample holder recognition via integrated sensors. The software (Qpix Control2) offers comprehensive data export formats including REPORT, PDF, CSV, WORD, EXCEL, and supports LIMS, OPCUA, and IoT interfaces.
