Camsizer® X2+ Particle Size and Shape Analyzer

The CAMSIZER® X2+ is a particle size and shape analyzer based on dynamic digital image analysis (ISO 13322-2). It measures particle size and shape of powders, granules, and suspensions in a measurement range from 0.9 µm to 8 mm. The instrument features a unique dual camera technology that captures over 420 images per second, each with >5.0 MPixel resolution. It supports dry analysis (X-Jet air pressure dispersion, X-Fall gravity dispersion) and wet analysis (X-Flow wet dispersion). The powerful DIMENSIONS software records dozens of parameters on each individual particle and presents results in clear, standard-compliant measurement reports. Applications include metal and ore powders, cement, chemicals, activated carbon, detergents, construction materials, pharmaceutical powders, granules, fine pellets, glass, plastic fibers, food, salt, sugar, refractory materials, abrasives, and sand.
