The KOOL-PAK is a stainless steel ice builder designed to provide reliable stored cooling for dairy, milk handling and process applications. By building ice around a copper coil evaporator, each unit stores cooling energy ready for use when chilled water demand is at its highest. The ice-bank design helps support rapid cooling without relying only on instant refrigeration output. Chilled water is circulated from the unit to connected equipment, helping maintain consistent cooling performance during busy production periods, milk cooling cycles or high-demand process loads. The KOOL-PAK range covers sizes from 20 kWh to 300 kWh. The system has no moving parts, ensuring low maintenance. It is particularly useful for applications where cooling demand is not constant throughout the day, helping reduce pressure on refrigeration equipment during peak loads.
