MONSUN TWIN Rack Oven

The MONSUN TWIN is a commercial rack oven that can be loaded with two rack modules simultaneously, allowing twice the baking quantity in the same amount of time. The oven is ideal for the production of large batches. It features the patented MONSUN technology, which transfers heat directly to the dough via convection, resulting in up to 50% less energy consumption compared to conventional ovens. The MONSUN principle creates a regular change of direction in the hot air flow at very low speeds, giving baked goods an exceptionally even all-round colour and an intense, full-flavoured taste. There is no shadowing effect from radiation, allowing up to 30% more filling density on baking trays. The MONSUN TWIN features up to 6 possible temperature and steam settings and is robust and reliable for continuous operation. The oven is equipped with a programme control system with hard-wearing front cover and short-stroke keys, offering up to 99 programme settings, oven connection and remote maintenance via FilialNet, and USB connection.
