MIWE Backcombi

The MIWE backcombi is an electrically heated combination oven system that integrates two first-class oven systems: a convection oven (MIWE aero e+ or MIWE econo) and a MIWE condo deck oven combined in one compact system. This design ensures maximum flexibility and exceptional baking variety even in limited spaces. The convection oven provides circulating heat, while the deck oven offers a gentle baking atmosphere, allowing users to benefit from the advantages of both heating types. The combination creates a versatile tool for bakers who value individual product quality and variety. The system is available with either the fixed programmer controller MIWE FP or the modern touch control system MIWE TC with the MIWE go! user interface. The unit is available in standard finish or black for shop concept integration.
