The PANE PUR 5 is a dough strip line designed for artisan rolls, small breads, and wheat soft dough breads. The system treats soft, pre-proofed doughs to maintain an open crumb structure, ensuring natural flavors and freshness. The line is equipped with the ACCURATOR 2.0 system, which uses sensitive weighing technology to continuously monitor the weight of the dough strip and cut it according to preset weight specifications. The dough strip production uses an S-shaped set of rollers that gently handles the dough. The PANE PUR enables efficient and precise bread and roll production with consistent product quality. The system can produce artisan square rolls, triangle rolls, diamond-shaped rolls, stamped rolls, ciabatta rolls, ciabatta breads, soft wheat dough breads, and small breads. The line includes WP CLEAN UP cleaning products for maintenance.
