Описание:
The EMS1-16L25 is a liquid‑cooled permanent‑magnet synchronous reluctance motor (PMSRM) for demanding off‑highway electrification applications, including traction drives, pump drives for hydraulic functions, and generator operation. The motor is designed for high mechanical robustness and durability in harsh environmental conditions (protection class IP6K9K, wide temperature range from –40°C to +100°C, shock resistance up to 50g, vibration resistance up to 10g). The EMS1 series is scalable with multiple frame sizes (100, 130, 160, 200 mm axial radius). The motor features a resolver as a robust feedback sensor for rotor position detection and includes two PT1000 temperature sensors (one for stator winding temperature and one for coolant inlet temperature).
