Our company is a national developer, manufacturer and supplier of stationary, portable and bench instruments and systems for vibration diagnostics, computer monitoring and automatic diagnostics of the state of COMPACS® equipment, combined into a single diagnostic network of Compacs-Net®, which together comprise the ACS BER ™ COMPACS® - automated control system for safe resource-saving operation and equipment repair.

COMPACS® systems implement all the main types of non-destructive testing (NDT), including vibration diagnostics, acoustic emission, electrical, optical, eddy current, thermal, ultrasonic, acoustic and other NDT methods. This allows for a unified software and hardware platform to automatically diagnose and monitor the technical condition of various types of equipment, namely:

• dynamic equipment (machinery, rotary) - pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, electric motors, gearboxes, multipliers, fans, centrifuges, gears - more than 2450 types of rotating mechanisms in total;
• static equipment (column-capacitive) - columns, tanks, reactors, pipelines, receivers, heat exchangers, furnaces, etc.

SPC "Dynamics" carries out all work on the implementation of "turnkey" systems, namely, carries out design and survey work, development of the project, carries out installation supervision of construction and installation works, commissioning, training and certification of the Customer’s personnel in the field of equipment operation under system control COMPAX® provides warranty and post-warranty service of systems.

Doctors and candidates of sciences work at the center, many specialists are certified at level 2 and 3 for a number of non-destructive testing methods, which allows training and certification of customer’s specialists in their own Training Center.

The Center carries out a survey of enterprises, develops a feasibility study and a program for transferring equipment to operation according to the actual technical condition in real time in order to increase technological safety, economic efficiency and production efficiency. In accordance with the developed program, the system of preventive maintenance (PPR) is optimized, the emergency and overhaul period of the equipment and production as a whole increases.
