JSC "Tehdiagnostika"

The Techdiagnostics enterprise was established in April 1991 in Orenburg by the Orenburggazprom enterprise in conjunction with the Orenburg district of the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia, the institutes VNIIneftemash, VNIIIPTkhimnefteapparatury, the Institute for Physical Diagnostics and Modeling, and the Scientific and Technical Council of Moscow. The main reason and purpose of its creation was the need to provide comprehensive diagnostics of the technical condition of equipment and pipelines at various facilities, including those working in contact with aggressive hydrogen sulfide-containing media, to ensure their reliable and safe operation. In October 1992, the company was transformed into an open joint stock company, and in April 2016 it became a joint stock company.

In October 1999, PJSC Gazprom, by order of No. 241, determined Tekhdiagnostika JSC as a specialized center for diagnosing equipment at hydrogen sulfide-containing oil and gas fields and gas processing plants of PJSC Gazprom.

Since its inception, JSC Techdiagnostics has successfully performed a wide range of diagnostic work, dealing with a variety of scientific and technical problems, including the creation of regulatory and technical documentation for the needs of the industry.

Currently, the enterprise’s specialists have examined various capacitive and column equipment, heat exchangers, steel tanks, steam and hot water boilers, furnaces, heaters, torches, air coolers using various non-destructive testing methods — more than 8,000 units; tubing equipment - more than 2,000 units; technological and trunk pipelines, steam and hot water pipelines - more than 6,000 kilometers; more than 1,100 sets of fountain fittings for wells with the issuance of conclusions on the technical condition, resource and conditions of further operation, the need for repair or decommissioning.

Currently, the company is a modern specialized diagnostic center that fully meets the needs of customers in diagnostic work at many potentially hazardous facilities supervised by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor).
