GN can manufacture various tanks, including drilling mud tanks, water tanks, oil tanks, etc. They are typically used for equipment installation, drilling mud storage, drilling mud preparation, etc. They meet the requirements of the drilling mud station, drilling mud station, and separation system. Vertical, horizontal, and chassis-mounted tanks can be manufactured to suit different application conditions.

GN Solids Control designs and manufactures vertical and horizontal drilling mud, water, and oil tanks according to API and ISO standards. GN typically uses corrugated sheets for stronger sidewalls. Standard horizontal drilling mud tanks feature block-type installations and three walkways for easy movement. GN typically installs ISO-standard interfaces for easy access from the top of the tank. Walkways, ladders, and inspection openings are covered with galvanized gratings. For steel, GN Solids Control first sandblasts the tank. For paint, GN uses Kansai Brand, Japan, with a 75μ first coat, two coats of epoxy resin, 250μ thick, and two coats of polyurethane finish paint. The tank exterior thickness is 75μ, and two coats of paint are applied to the interior, according to specifications.
