The MSS-3F-2.2K soft starter is designed for smooth starting and stopping of 3-phase electric motors. It features a built-in bypass. It allows for adjustable acceleration time (1–20 sec.), deceleration time (0–20 sec.), and starting torque (40–70%). It is designed for a 2.2 kW motor with a rated current of 5 A. It operates in a power circuit voltage range from ~200 to ~480 V at a line frequency of 45–55 Hz. Modifications with alternating (AC) and direct (DC) current control are available.
