Low-speed DC motors of the D series are designed for use in electric drives of lifting and transport equipment, in the mining and metallurgy industries, and for general industrial applications. They are supplied for use in lifting and transport mechanisms and roller tables in continuous, short-term, and intermittent duty cycles in conditions of high humidity, dust, and vibration. Design options include foot-mounted, flanged, flanged-vertical, and combined, according to GOST 2479-79.
