The Vitosol 100-FM Typ SV1F is a flat‑plate collector with a selectively coated absorber for high solar absorption. It features the switchable ThermProtect absorber coating, which prevents overheating and stagnation. The absorber is designed as a meander‑shaped copper tube. The collector has thermal insulation made of mineral fibre and an aluminium frame. Unlike the Vitosol 200‑FM, the frame is aluminium‑coloured (no RAL colour options). Up to 12 collectors can be connected in a field. The collector is suitable for pitched‑roof, flat‑roof, and free‑standing installation. Important: The collector is not suitable for use in coastal regions.
