Intelligent Monitoring SYSTEM FOR THE STATE OF Foundations, Building Structures AND Pipelines OF Compressor Facilities

A prototype developed by JSC Gazprom orgenergogaz for monitoring the status of foundations, building structures, and process pipelines of compressor workshops was installed at the Arskaya compressor station of Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC.

An intelligent monitoring system is designed to conduct periodic monitoring in the operating modes of operation of equipment and building structures of compressor shops in order to ensure the requirements for their safe operation, including:

• load-bearing structures of GPA shelters;
• main technological pipelines, as well as their supports for elevated piping of gas pumping units, air cooling apparatuses, dust collectors (including exhaust and air intake shafts);
• underground collectors.

Consists of measuring (lower) and analytical (upper) levels.

The lower level is a complex of measuring subsystems, including:

• a subsystem for measuring the coordinates of piping piping, equipment of CC and bearing structures of GPA shelters based on a robotic total station and reflective elements;
• subsystem for measuring coordinates of piping piping and equipment of CC based on GNSS antenna;
• a subsystem for measuring the angle of inclination of the bearing structures of the GPU shelters based on fiber optic inclinometers;
• subsystem for measuring strain of piping based on fiber optic strain gauges.

The upper level consists of:

• subsystems of data collection, processing and analysis;
• operator workstation;
• system of poses

Intelligent monitoring system allows you to control the parameters of movements and stress-strain state of the equipment and building structures of compressor shops in order to ensure the requirements of safe operation of equipment and pipelines.
