Technical Diagnostics of Technical Devices

Specialists of Tekhnologiya LLC have rich experience in conducting a full range of works on technical diagnostics of the following technical devices of buildings and structures:
- technical diagnostics of the main part of gas pipelines, oil pipelines (product pipelines), process pipelines;
- technical diagnostics of intra-shop and inter-shop pipelines for gas supply (gas distribution);
- technical diagnosis of stop valves;
- technical diagnosis of hoisting mechanisms (hereinafter - GPM);
- technical diagnostics of vessels operating under pressure (hereinafter - SRD), without pressure (vacuum) and other capacitive equipment (RGS, RVS, EPP, etc.);
- technical examination of equipment used at hazardous production facilities (SRD, gas processing equipment, etc.);
- inspection of pipes dismantled during the overhaul (for possible re-operation as agreed);
- examination and restoration of documents of quality of pipes and connecting parts of pipelines (SDT);

Non-destructive testing laboratory of Tekhnologiya LLC has in its staff experienced certified specialists in the field of non-destructive testing, and also has a large fleet of modern specialized equipment, which allows for full technical diagnosis of technical devices, buildings and structures, using the following non-destructive testing methods:

• penetrating substances (PVC).

To carry out work on destructive testing of materials (determination of mechanical properties and chemical composition, climatic tests, metallographic studies), leading research institutes and universities of the Russian Federation are involved.
