Independent Technical Inspection

The main objectives of the inspection is to carry out a set of works in the field of industrial safety expertise, construction control (technical supervision), as well as quality control at all stages of the manufacturing process of rolled metal and products from it.

The organization has technical supervision sites at the largest metallurgical plants in Russia. During the work of the department, inspectors of technical supervision accepted more than 3,000,000 tons of sheet metal and high-quality metal (including pipe billets, for the manufacture of seamless pipes).

The organization has experienced, qualified personnel in the field of technical supervision and non-destructive testing. All specialists are certified according to the requirements of Russian regulatory documents and certified in accordance with the requirements of international standards EN 473 and ISO 9712.

The annual analysis of the level of defectiveness (information received from customers) shows a 2.4-fold decrease in rejection, which indicates the effectiveness of technical inspection inspection due to:

1. Cost reduction due to the transition from quality assurance through certification of products and the release of knowingly quality products, prevention of failures, and not their detection and elimination.
2. Reduce losses, reduce costs and increase profitability.
3. Creating a relationship of trust between the supplier of products and the customer to deliver quality products, improve quality and recognition
   products.
4. Ensuring the manageability and transparency of the management system, decision-making based on facts.
