"MPM-Resource" is a specialized program for assessing the residual resource of a metal equipment for fatigue damage in stress concentration zones (ZKN) according to diagnostics using the metal magnetic memory method (MPM method).
概观:
The program can be used to assess the stress level in the SCZ.
The program is not intended to assess the residual life of all equipment, since this is a complex task when conducting an industrial safety review.
The residual resource of new equipment is not estimated using the MPM-Resource program.
Assessment of the residual resource is performed for equipment with SCZ before the formation (or at the initial stage of development) of microcracks.
Equipment with microcracks and macrodefects are usually repaired or replaced.
The program uses reference mechanical characteristics of the metal of the control object (OK) and data obtained using the MMP-System program based on the results of the OK control.
The program calculates and outputs the following values as results:
-physical tensile strength - σ ol ;
-limiting coefficient - To pr ;
- voltage level in the ZKN - σ max ;
-limit operating time - T pr ;
-residual resource - T res .
Calculation of the residual life of the equipment can be performed in years or in hours.
