A universal transceiver device with a modem of a wire channel UPPU "Vetta-MP" provides wired communication between the elements of the notification transmission system (STI) "Vetta-2020". UPPU "VETTA-MP", depending on the application, performs the functions of an object terminal device (VET) or a repeater (RTR).

Features

The modem UPPU "VETTA-MP" serves up to three three-wire communication lines (highways), information is transmitted via the RS-485 interface.
Reliable communication range of at least 1000 m when using communication lines with wires with a cross section of more than 0.2 mm2.
The modem is powered by external redundant power supplies (RIP) with a voltage of 12 V via two inputs (terminals 12V1 and 12V2).
The modem contains an electronic relay and signal output terminals “Communication line failure”. Activation (opening of contacts) is performed when the device is not communicating with the OKP.
