The accumulative type nitrogen station is designed to purge process equipment, flare systems and pipelines with inert gas during installation, commissioning and repair work at UPPN, UPSV, DNS, UKPG, oil loading racks, oil product and chemical reagents bases, offshore stationary oil refining platforms.

概观:

When developing technical specifications for a nitrogen station and performing a technical project, one should be guided by the relevant sections of the "Safety Rules in the Oil and Gas Industry". At the pre-design stage, the nitrogen-based membrane unit performance, nitrogen concentration, working pressure and receiver volume, and the frequency of nitrogen use are technically and economically justified.

The nitrogen station includes two main blocks: a compressor block and a membrane nitrogen block located on the car chassis. The station is used to purge and ensure fire and explosion safety of technological operations during drilling, development and repair of wells, repair and testing of oil and gas pipelines.
