Application Open flare systems are designed for the discharge and subsequent combustion of flammable gases and vapors in the following cases: actuation of emergency discharge devices, safety valves, manual bleeding, as well as the release of process units from gases and vapors, in emergency situations, during constant blowdowns provided for by the process regulations, periodic discharges of gases and vapors, start-up, adjustment and shutdown of process facilities. 1. Oil and gas industry: Combustion of flammable gases and vapors released during emergency discharges, process shutdowns, start-ups and adjustments of equipment. Control of excess pressure in oil fields and refineries. 2. Petrochemical and chemical plants: Control of flammable gas emissions during technological processes in order to prevent the accumulation of explosive concentrations. 3. Energy sector: Discharge and combustion of gaseous fuel by-products in power plants and thermal plants. 4. Waste treatment plants and landfills: Combustion of gases generated during waste processing or wastewater treatment.
