Closed Flare Unit (CFU)

Applications 1. Oil and gas industry: Combustion of flammable gases during emergency discharges, process shutdowns and adjustment processes. Gas utilization at hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing facilities. 2. Petrochemical and chemical industry: Control of flammable gas discharges with minimal thermal impact on the environment. 3. Power engineering and fuel and energy complex: Utilization of by-product gases in power plants. 4. Municipal infrastructure: Gas utilization at treatment facilities, solid waste landfills and waste processing facilities. The upper part of the chamber is open. Flue gases formed during the oxidation process exit through the upper edge of the chamber. The gas supply unit serves to regulate the gas flow supplied for combustion. Depending on the volume of gas supplied for combustion, the valves installed on the gas manifold are opened/closed. To prevent the gas discharge from being blocked in the flare manifold in the event of valve failure, bypass lines with safety valves are provided at each stage. Due to the absence of thermal radiation, safe operation is ensured for personnel, the environment and equipment.
