KPPBK-120 Cable for Installations of Submersible Electric pumps
Climate version UHL, placement categories 1 and 5 according to GOST 15150.
The cables can withstand crushing loads of at least 158 kN.
Insulated cores are longitudinally sealed with a liquid pressure difference of 0.02 MPa per 1 m of length.
Electrical insulation resistance of the main conductors, recalculated for a length of 1 km and a temperature of 20 °C: not less than 2500 MOhm.
The cables can withstand a DC voltage test of 18 kV (nominal cable voltage 3.3 kV), 20 kV (nominal cable voltage 4.0 kV and 5.0 kV) for at least 5 minutes, while the insulation leakage current recalculated for a length of 1 km and a temperature of 20 °C does not exceed 1x10-5 A.
Cable bending radius: not less than 380 mm.
Lowering, lifting and rewinding operations with cable must be carried out at an air temperature of not lower than -30 °C.
Cable rewinding and lowering and lifting operations with it are permitted at an air temperature of no lower than -40 °C under conditions of artificial heating of the cable, ensuring a temperature of no lower than -30 °C.
The cables are resistant to temperature changes from -60 °C to the long-term permissible heating temperature of the cores.
The lowering of the cable into the well and its lifting out of it must be done smoothly at a speed of no more than 0.25 m/s.
When passing sections of the well pipe column with a curvature of more than 1.5° per 10 m and places where the column transitions to a smaller pipe diameter, the descent and ascent speeds should not be more than 0.1 m/s.
When fastening the cable to the pump-compressor pipes and screwing the pipes together, twisting the cable around the pipes and twisting the flat cable relative to its own axis is not allowed.
The cable is supplied in construction lengths agreed upon with the Customer.
Warranty period for cables: 18 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months from the date of shipment to the Consumer.
