PVBSK wire 2.5-6.6kV TU 16.K80-04-89

Operating and installation conditions of the PVBsK-6.6 cable:
Nominal voltage up to 6.6 kV.
Operating temperature from - 60 to 180 0С.
After being in water for 0.5 h, the wire withstands a test with a rated voltage of alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz for 5 min in water:
- upon acceptance and delivery of 21 kV
- for the period of operation and storage 16.5 kV
Electrical resistance of wire insulation after being in water for 0.5 hours, recalculated for 1 km of length and a temperature of 20 0C, not less than:
- upon acceptance and delivery 200 MOhm
- for the period of operation and storage 2.0 MOhm
The wire can withstand at least 30 bending cycles around a cylinder with a diameter equal to ten times the outer diameter of the wire.
The wire is resistant to high (up to 180 0C) operating temperatures.
The wire is resistant to low ambient temperatures (up to -60 0C).
The wire is resistant to the effects of relative air humidity of 100% at a temperature of 35 0C
The cable is resistant to sinusoidal vibration with an amplitude of 0.5 mm and a frequency of 25 Hz for 1 hour.
The wire is resistant to mold.
The wire is resistant to machine oil.
The service life of the PVBsK-6.6 cable is at least 30 years, subject to compliance with the requirements for operation, transportation and storage.
