UHL, placement categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 according to GOST 15150-69

OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE:

from -60°С to +60°С

LAYING AND INSTALLING CABLES WITHOUT PREHEATING:

at a temperature not lower than -10°C

MINIMUM BENDING RADIUS:

• when pulling cable up to 20 outer cable diameters
• when installed with overall limiters (template) up to 15 external cable diameters

PERMISSIBLE FORCES WHEN TIGHTENING CABLES ALONG THE LAYING ROUTE, NOT MORE THAN:

• for cables with aluminum conductors - 30 H/mm²
• for cables with copper conductors - 50 N/mm²

PERMISSIBLE HEATING TEMPERATURES OF CABLE CONDUCTORS:

• 90°C during normal operation for the cable core
• 105°C under overload (no more than 8 hours per day, 100 hours per year, 1000 hours over the service life)
• 250°C with short-circuit current flowing through the core (maximum duration no more than 5 s)
• 350°C with short-circuit current flowing across the screen (maximum duration no more than 5 s)
