Technical parameters of the VVG-P cable:
Type of climatic performance of cables UHL and T, placement categories 1 and 5 according to GOST 15150.
Operating temperature range from -50°C to 50°C.
Relative air humidity at temperatures up to 35°C up to 98%.
Laying and installation of cables without preliminary heating is carried out at a temperature not lower than -15°C.
Permissible bending radius of cables during installation:
- single-core - not less than 10 outer diameters;
- multi-core - not less than 7.5 outer diameters.
The permissible forces when pulling cables along the installation route must not exceed 50 N/mm².
The cables do not spread combustion when laid individually (IEC 60332-1 standards).
Fire hazard class according to GOST 31565-2012: O1.8.2.5.4.
The long-term permissible heating temperature of cable cores during operation is no more than 70°C.
The maximum permissible heating temperature of the wires during short-circuit currents is no more than 160°C.
The duration of a short circuit should not exceed - 5 s.
The permissible heating temperature of cable cores in overload mode is no more than 90°C.
The maximum heating temperature of the wires under conditions of non-ignition during a short circuit is no more than 350°C.
The construction length of cables is set when ordering.
Service life - 30 years from the date of manufacture of cables.
The warranty period is 5 years from the date of commissioning of the cables, but not later than 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Shelf life:
- in open areas - no more than 2 years;
- under a canopy - no more than 5 years;
- indoors - no more than 10 years.
