描述:

The Kirskabel plant is one of the youngest enterprises in the cable industry, despite the fact that the year of its foundation is considered to be 1729, when a cast iron foundry was founded on the bank of the Kirs River by Khlynovsky merchant Grigory Vyazemsky. The products of the plant were of high quality. Evidence of this is the order for the production of tinned iron on both sides for the construction of the first roof of the Winter Palace. The third workshop became the forefather of cable production, and the first products of the new production profile were aluminum wire of the ATV brand, aluminum rod and copper wire. Today, the plant continues to actively develop and master new types of cable products. In 2002, the production of SBZPU for the needs of the Ministry of Railways, cables with low smoke emission LS for nuclear power plants began, work is underway to master new types of cables with halogen-free HF compositions. Since February 2004, the plant has been producing LAN cables of categories 5e, 6, 7 and radio frequency cables of the RG6, RG11 type. In 2007, Kirskabel JSC began producing self-supporting insulated wires of the SIP brand. In July 2008, Kirskabel JSC increased its capacity for producing large-section plastic-insulated cables (over 95 sq. mm and up to 400 sq. mm). Today, the Kirskabel plant can produce cables of this type in the amount of 700 km per month. In August 2008, the Kirskabel plant launched a workshop for the production of cables for the needs of the nuclear industry, which will produce such types of cable and wire products as fire-resistant control cables, control and power cables with FRLS and HFFR indexes. Equipment for the new workshop was purchased from leading global manufacturers - Niehoff, Davis-Standard and others. The plant is constantly working on developing new types of cable in accordance with international standards.
