The NC 320 design is based on the 9T pump, incorporating a worm gear, a solid-forged disc, and other design and technological improvements that increase durability and reliability. An undeniable advantage of this "continuity" is that the main components and assemblies of the NC 320 are compatible with those of the previously produced 9T.

The NC-320 pump is a logical continuation and improved version of the 9T pump. Since these units are built on the same principle and even differ little in appearance, they share the same scope of application.
The primary function of cementing pumps is to deliver various specialized compounds into the well during cementing operations. They are also used for other well operations, such as repair and maintenance.
The pump is structurally quite universal, so it can be used in other areas where such characteristics are required.
Equipment
The NC-320 pump, like its predecessor the 9T, is a horizontal pump consisting of two functional units:
- Hydraulic block: This is where the pressure required to pump liquids is created, and this is where these liquids pass through the pump body.
- Drive unit: This is the mechanical part that is responsible for the movement of the entire system.
Unlike its predecessor, the NC-320 received a worm gear in the drive section, a solid stamped plate, and a number of small but important design changes and improvements aimed at increasing the strength and reliability of the mechanism.
Otherwise, it is the same 9T, which has already proven its efficiency, reliability and performance.
Service
The NC-320 pump is relatively simple in design. Therefore, it doesn't require extensive maintenance, repair, or inspection.
The frequency of repairs and replacement of parts will depend on the intensity of its use.
The unit must be regularly inspected for obvious external and internal damage, natural wear of moving parts, and oil contamination. Under normal operation, the oil should be replaced at least once every six months. This is typically done during seasonal changes to select a more suitable brand for the changing temperature conditions.
