Design:

Current-carrying core — copper, single-wire or multi-wire, round shape, class 1 or 2 according to GOST 22483-2012. Number of cores: 1,2,3,4,5, nominal cross-section 1.5 – 50 mm²
Insulation — made of low-smoke and low-gas PVC plastic. Insulated cores of multi-core cables have distinctive colors. Insulation of grounding cores is two-color green-yellow, neutral cores — blue.
The arrangement of the cores in the cable is that the insulated cores of 2-5 core cables are twisted into a core.
In cables of the VVG-Png(A)-FRLS brands (flat design), two or three insulated cores are laid parallel in one plane.
Winding – made of mica-containing tape.
The inner sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride plastic with reduced smoke and gas emission and is applied to the core while simultaneously filling the outer spaces between the wires.
The outer shell is made of polyvinyl chloride plastic with reduced smoke and gas emission.

Technical specifications:

• • • The climatic performance of cables is UHL, placement categories 1-5 according to GOST 15150-69.
    • Operating temperature range from -50°C to +50°C.
    • Relative air humidity at temperatures up to +35°C up to 98%.
    • Laying and installation of cables without preheating at temperatures not lower than -15°C.

    • Minimum bending radius of cables during installation:
      

      single-core not less than 10 maximum outer diameters;

      multi-core not less than 7.5 maximum outside diameters.

    • Smoke formation during combustion and smoldering of cables does not lead to a decrease in light transmittance in the test chamber by more than 50%.
    • Fire resistance for FR version is not less than 180 min.
    • The long-term permissible heating temperature of cable cores during operation is no more than +70°C.
    • The maximum permissible heating temperature of the conductors at short-circuit currents is no more than 160º C.
    • The duration of the short circuit should not exceed 5 s.
    • The maximum temperature of current-carrying cores under the condition of non-ignition of the cable during a short circuit is 350°C.
    • The construction length of cables is set when ordering.
    • Service life is 30 years from the date of manufacture of cables.
    • The warranty period is 5 years from the date of commissioning of the cables, but not later than 6 months from the date of manufacture.

  Shelf life:

  • in open areas for no more than 2 years;
  • under cover for no more than 5 years;
  • indoors no more than 10 years
