KUIN-Pu wires fully comply with the new GOST R 53768-2010 "Wires and cables for electrical installations with rated voltage up to 450/750V inclusive. OTU" - which on 01.01.2011 replaced GOST 6323-79, in connection with which wires of the PV1, PV2, PV3, PV4, PPV, APV and APPV brands according to GOST 6323-79 can no longer be used on the territory of the Russian Federation.

  • The cores of the high-flexibility wires are copper multi-wire class 5 according to GOST 22483, the cores of normal flexibility are class 1 or 2
  • Wide temperature range of application:
    • from -60° to +70°C with the designation "ХЛ"
    • from -60° to +125°C with material "T"
    • from -50° to +200°C with material "T-T"
    • from -50° to +70°C for other types
  • Minimum installation temperature, not lower than:
    • -30°С with the designation "ХЛ" or material "T"
    • -15°С for other types of wires and cables
  • Version B, placement category 1-5 (according to GOST 15150). It is possible to use wires in all macroclimatic regions, including the tropics
  • "UV" - resistant to solar radiation
  • "B" - protection against moisture spreading under the shell
  • "M" - oil and petrol resistant casing
  • Wires can have:
    • copper wire or alumoflex screen
    • armor made of galvanized steel wires
  • The resistance of the conductors to direct current complies with GOST 22483
  • Nominal voltage
    • for wires: ∼450/750V to 400Hz or -1000V
  • Electrical insulation resistance at temperature t = +20°C not less than 5 MOhm•km
  • Voltage test according to GOST 23286-78:
    • insulated cores for passage according to category EI-2
    • wires ∼2500V 50Hz for 5 min according to EI-1
  • Fire-resistant wires remain operational in fire conditions for at least 90 minutes (PO4 according to GOST R 53315-2009)
  • Low toxicity wires "LTx" - the best fire safety indicator
