KUSIL power cables are intended for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations, for rated alternating voltage of 10, 20 and 35 kV with rated frequency of 50 Hz for networks with grounded or isolated neutral. Cables meet the requirements of the international standard for power cables IEC 60502-2. Cables are used for group or single laying in cable structures, collectors, production facilities (including damp and frequently flooded ones), in the ground (including high humidity), in water (in non-navigable water bodies). Cables in the "UV" version can be laid outdoors without protection from solar radiation. Cables are intended for laying on routes without limiting the difference in levels. Cables can be used in explosion hazardous areas taking into account the requirements of GOST R IEC 60079-14-2008.

KUSIL cables according to TU 3500-024-76960731-2012 are manufactured as single- and three-core cables (table 1), with cross-linked polyethylene insulation. Armored cables are manufactured only as three-core cables.
The cable conductive cores are copper or aluminum, multi-wire, compacted and comply with class 2 according to GOST 22483-77.

Current-carrying cores of single-core cables for a nominal voltage of 10 kV have a nominal cross-section of 35-1000 mm², for a nominal voltage of 20 and 35 kV - 50-1000 mm² in accordance with Table 1

The conductive cores of three-core cables for a nominal voltage of 10 kV are round and have a nominal cross-section of 35-300 mm², or a sector shape with a nominal cross-section of 120-300 mm², in accordance with Table 1. The cores of three-core cables for a nominal voltage of 20 and 35 kV are round and have a nominal cross-section of 50-300 mm².
